Grilled Flat Iron Steak with Salsa Verde
Ingredients:
4 ea 8-10 oz Flat Iron Steaks
2 Tbsp Olive oil
1/3 C Spice Union Beef Barbeque Rub
1 C Salsa Verde (click here for the recipe)

Bring the Flat Iron steaks to room temperature.

Preheat your grill to the highest heat possible.

Brush the Flat Iron steaks with the olive oil.

Liberally season the Flat Iron steaks with Spice Union's Beef Barbeque Rub.

Place the Flat Iron steaks on the hottest part of the grill.

Grill the Flat Iron steaks for about 3-4 minutes on the first side. Turn over the Flat Iron steaks, still keeping them on the hottest part of the grill.

Cook until the internal temperature reaches 120°F.

Remove the Flat Iron steaks from the grill and let rest for 3 minutes before slicing across the muscle fibers on a slight bias.

Serve the Flat Iron steaks with the Salsa Verde spooned over top and sides of your signature potatoes and seasonal vegetables.
