Grilled Hanger Steak
The one secret to achieving a tender Hanger steak is to never cook it past medium-rare.
Ingredients:
1 ea 20-24 oz Hanger steak
2 Tbsp Olive oil
3/4 C Spice Union Beef Barbeque Rub

Bring the Hanger steak to room temperature.

Preheat your grill to the highest heat possible.

Brush the hanger steak with the olive oil.

Liberally season the hanger steak with Spice Union Beef Barbeque Rub.

Place the Hanger steak on the hottest part of the grill.

Roll the Hanger steak a 1/4 turn every 2-3 minutes to sear all sides.

Cook until the internal temperature reaches 125°F.

Remove the Hanger steak from the grill and let rest for 4-5 minutes before slicing across the muscle fibers.

Drizzle with olive oil and serve with grilled seasonal vegetables.
