Grilled Broccolini
Ingredients:
2 bunches Broccolini (this is a hybrid of broccoli and Chinese broccoli)
3 Tbsp Spice Union Grilln’ & Roastn’ Spice Blend
2 Tbsp Olive Oil

Preheat your grill to 350°F.

Trim the leafy bits off the stems of the broccolini and rinse under cold water. Shake off any excess water.

Look over the broccolini stems. If there are any large stems, you will want to split them lengthwise. The goal is to have all the stems be about the same thickness.

Place the broccolini into a large bowl and drizzle with the olive oil. Toss to coat all the broccolini with the olive oil; including the florets.

Season the broccolini with the Spice Union seasoning of your choice.

Place the broccolini on the grill. Cook for about 1 minute per side. You want to get just a little bit of char on the florets.

Lower the heat on your grill to low or move the broccolini to an area of the grill that is away from the heat source.

Cover your grill and let the broccolini cook for an additional 4-5 minutes; just until the stems of the broccolini are tender.

Remove the broccolini from the grill and serve immediately as a side to any meal.
