Pork Sirloin Roast
Ingredients:
1 ea 5-6 lb Fresh Pork Sirloin Roast
2/3 C Spice Union Grilln’ & Roastn’ Spice Blend
2 Tbsp Coconut oil

Bring the pork sirloin roast to room temperature.

Preheat your oven to 350°F.

Remove the pork roast from the package and pat dry with paper towels.

Season all sides of the pork roast with Spice Union Grilln’ & Roastn’ Spice Blend.

Preheat a large cast iron pan to medium heat.

Place the coconut oil in the cast iron pan and heat until shimmering.

Place the pork roast into the cast iron pan and sear on all sides. This will take about 2-3 minutes per side.

Place the pork roast into a small roasting pan, place into the oven and cook for 25 minutes at 350°F.

After the initial 25 minutes of cooking, lower the oven temperature to 275°F.

Continue to roast the pork roast for approximately 2 hours or until it reaches an internal temperature of 140°F.

Remove the pork roast from the oven and cover with foil.

Allow the pork roast to rest for 20 minutes before slicing. During this time, the pork roast will continue to cook.

Slice the pork roast across the roast and serve with you signature potatoes and seasonal vegetables.
