Roast Delicata Squash
Ingredients:
2 ea Fresh delicata squash- washed
1/4 C Spice Union Grilln’ & Roastn’ Spice Blend
4 Tbsp Olive oil
3 Tbsp Fresh chives- minced

Preheat your oven to 375°F.

Trim the ends off each delicata squash and split the squash lengthwise.

Using an ice cream scoop, remove the seeds and stringy pulp from the inside of the squash.

Cut the squash on a bias, about 3/4 inch thick.

Place the cut squash into a large bowl. Add the Spice Union Grilln' & Roastn' Spice and olive oil to the squash. Toss to evenly coat the squash in the oil and seasoning.

Place a single layer of squash onto a sheet pan lined with parchment paper.

Roast the squash in the preheated oven for 15-17 minutes.

After the initial 15-17 minutes of roasting, turn over each piece of squash and continue to roast the squash for an additional 12-15 minutes.

Remove the squash from the oven and garnish with the minced chive.

Serve immediately as a side dish to your favorite meal.
