Roast Brussel Sprouts
Ingredients:
2 lbs Fresh Brussel Sprouts- washed
3 Strips Thick cut bacon- medium diced
4 Tbsp Spice Union Honey Habanero Rub

Preheat your oven to 375°F.

Preheat a large oven-proof, non-stick sauté pan to medium heat.

Add the bacon to the pan and cook until the bacon is crispy and the fat is rendered out of the bacon.

Remove all but about 2 tablespoons of bacon fat from the sauté pan.

Add the Brussel sprouts to the sauté pan and toss to coat with the bacon fat.

Add the Honey Habanero Rub to the saute pan and toss to coat the Brussel sprouts in the seasoning.

Place Brussel sprouts into the oven and cook for 20-25 minutes, tossing them a few times during the cooking.

Remove the Brussel sprouts from the oven and serve immediately as a compliment to any main course.
