Smoked Chicken Wings
Ingredients:
4 Lbs Fresh Chicken Wings
1/2 C Spice Union Honey Habanero Rub
3 Tbsp Olive oil

Preheat your smoker to 325°F- setting up for indirect cooking.

With a knife, separate the drumettes, flats and tips.

Pat the drumettes and flats dry with a cloth or paper towel and place in a large bowl.

Add the olive oil and Spice Union Honey Habanero Rub to the chicken wings. Toss to thoroughly coat.

Place the wings on the smoker, being sure to leave a little space between each wing.

Cook the wings until they reach an internal temperature of 170°F- about 50-60 minutes.

Serve with Ranch or Bleu Cheese dressing and a side of carrots and celery.
