  • Orders ship via USPS, unless otherwise agreed to prior to payment being made.

  • Shipping times may vary based on where the item is shipping to and variables out of our control (ie. holidays, weather, labor strikes).  We make every effort to get your order to you as quickly as possible.

  • Anticipated shipping times via USPS:

    • Within the contiguous United States:  5-7 business days

    • HI, AK, PR, USVI:  14-16 business days

    • Canada:  20 business days

Return, refund or replacement of any Spice Union product is at the discretion of River's Bend, LLC.  In the event of a product recall, customers will be notified via email and asked to contact us so a refund can be issued.  Opened product that has not been recalled is not eligible for return, refund or replacement.  In the event of a product return or replacement, the customer is responsible for shipping charges both for the return and the replacement product.  Orders paid for by credit card will show up on your credit card statements under the business name, River's Bend, LLC.

 

Privacy Statement/Policy:

Spice Union, River's Bend, LLC, nor any of it's affiliates shall share your personal and/or private information with any other organization.  Credit card transactions for orders placed through the Spice Union web site are handled safely and securely through Authorize.net.

 

Return & Refund Policy:
