Maple Glazed Smoked Chicken Thighs
Ingredients:
8 ea Fresh chicken thighs
3 Tbsp Olive oil
3/4 C Spice Union Smokin’ Chic Rub
1/2 C Maple Syrup

Preheat your smoker to 325°F- setting up for indirect cooking

Season the chicken thighs with Spice Union Smokin' Chic Rub.

Place the chicken thighs in your smoker with space between each thigh. The chicken thighs should be placed on the side of the smoker that is away from the heat source.

Cook the chicken thighs for 60-70 minutes at 325°F.

Glaze each chicken thigh with maple syrup. Continue to cook until an internal temperature of 170°F is reached.

Once again, glaze the chicken thighs with maple syrup and shut off all air to your smoker to lower the temperature, allow the glaze to set and the chicken to rest before cutting.

Let the chicken thighs sit for 10 minutes in the smoker.
