Smoked Chicken Wings
Ingredients:
4 Lbs Fresh Chicken Wings
3/4 C Spice Union Sweet & Smoky Spice Rub
2 Tbsp Olive oil

Preheat your smoker to 325°F.

With a knife, separate the drumettes, wingettes and tips.

Pat the drumettes and wingettes dry with a cloth or paper towel and place in a large bowl.

Add the olive oil and Spice Union Sweet & Smoky Spice Rub to the chicken wings. Toss to thoroughly coat.

Place the wings in the smoker, leaving a little space between each wing.

Cook the wings until they reach an internal temperature of 170°F- about 45-50 minutes.

You can glaze the wings with a honey & mustard mixture, garlic & maple mixture, your favorite barbeque sauce or enjoy them right out of the smoker.

Serve with Ranch or Bleu Cheese dressing and a side of carrots and celery.
