Smoked Shrimp
Ingredients:
2 lbs Peeled & deveined shrimp (size U-10 recommended)
1/2 C Spice Union Sweet & Smoky Spice Rub
4 ea Fresh Lemon Wedges
2 Tbsp Butter- melted

Preheat your smoker to 150°F; per the manufacturer's directions.

Place the shrimp into a bowl and add the Spice Union's Sweet & Smoky Spice Rub.

Toss the shrimp to thoroughly coat.

Place the shrimp into the smoker.

Smoke the shrimp for 45-60 minutes at 150°F.

After the initial smoke time, quickly take the shrimp off the smoker and place into a bowl.

Increase the temperature of your smoker to 350°F.

Add the melted butter to the shrimp and toss to coat.

Once your smoker reaches 350°F, put the shrimp back into the smoker and cook for about 5 minutes. This cooking time will ensure the shrimp are cooked through.

Serve with lemon wedges as an appetizer or main dish. Cold beer is a must with these smoked shrimp.
