Pan Seared Airline Chicken Breast
Ingredients:
4 ea 8 oz portions of Airline Chicken Breast (boneless chicken breast with drumette attached)
3 Tbsp All-purpose Flour
1/4 C Spice Union Ultimate Seasoning Blend
2 Tbsp Coconut oil
2 Tbsp Butter
1 ea Fresh Lemon – cut into wedges

Preheat oven to 325°F.

Preheat a large cast iron pan to medium high heat.

Combine the all-purpose flour and Spice Union Ultimate Seasoning Blend.

Dredge the airline chicken breast in the flour mixture.

Add the coconut oil to the cast iron pan and place the chicken breasts into the pan; skin side down.

Sauté the chicken breasts for about 4 minutes, skin side down.

Flip the chicken breasts over and add the butter to the pan.

Place the cast iron pan into the oven and cook the chicken breasts for another 5-6 minutes, basting with the pan butter once during the cooking.

Serve with fresh seasonal vegetables, your signature potatoes and garnish with lemon wedges.
