
Smoked Bison Ribs

Ingredients:
2 ea Fresh Bison Back Ribs- membrane removed. Click for a membrane removal tutorial.
4 oz Spice Union Wild Game Seasoning
1 C Butter- melted

Preheat your smoker to 265°F; per the manufacturer's directions.

Liberally season both sides of the bison rib racks with Spice Union's Wild Game Seasoning.

Place bison ribs in the smoker.

Smoke the ribs for 4 hours at 265°F.

After the initial 4 hours, place each bison rib rack onto a large sheet of aluminum foil.

Gently brush each bison rib rack with melted butter and wrap tightly in the aluminum foil.

Return the bison ribs to the smoker and cook for an additional 2 hours at 265°F.

After the two hours of cooking the bison ribs in the foil, remove the rib racks from the aluminum foil and place them back into the smoker.

Smoke the bison ribs for a final 90 minutes at 265°F.

Serve with your favorite sides and perhaps a light barbeque sauce for dipping.
